North Norfolk Rectory

This large property in North Norfolk was a Grade 2 listed building, with flint and brickwork and black glazed pan tiles.

The property was derelict and unlived in, with full renovation works being carried out, Border Roofing were contracted to do all the roofing works. It was a huge strip and re-tile job, with many lead box gutters, chimney flashings and copper hatches. We made an underlay out of reed and lime mortar, as apposed to a breathable roofing felt and completed the roofing works under an enormous temporary roof.
